A quick question Ms. Fletcher...

For the vocabulary section of the notebook, do words we find have to be the same part of speech as those in the list: irrelevant versus irrelevance for example. I'm asking because we had a vocabulary project with Ms. Swieck last year and this mattered.

  1. Nope, doesn't matter. Knowing a word means understanding it from every direction, in all of its iterations.
