It's my birthday this weekend, and so I'll buy a present for myself that makes the grading even more enjoyable...

ReplyDeleteMelissa, were you nervous about the quality of the work, or whether it would get lost? At first glance, everything seems good...I haven't gotten into it yet, but there's nothing to be nervous about. I read with friendly eyes, and the tie goes to the runner, always.
Raul, I got one of my fountain pens (I'm a modest collector) in Paris -- a black Lamy. I used to have to order the ink online, but guess what?! Art Supply Warehouse carries the line now, and I got a new Lamy today -- chocolate brown, very snazzy. I love it. And I found a very cool bottle of turquoise ink. I'm all set.
I was nervous about whether or not it would get lost.
