Hey, Kids.
Sometime between 11:00 and 12:30 tomorrow, I'll be going into the front office to put a big copy box with a sign that says FLETCHER SUMMER HOMEWORK on the trophy case. If there's not space on the trophy case for whatever reason, I'll make sure the box is clearly marked and close by.
Those of you who are nervous about just dropping off a notebook like that, may I offer the assurance that we've been doing it just this way for 11 years now? Haven't lost one yet. The women in the front office know what they're doing. If you don't see the box, you can ask anyone and they will help you.
If you keep your eye open, you might spot me on campus. I'll be on campus every day this week for at least a little while. I have bulletin boards to set up and old files to put away, and lots of organizing, book weeding, and reading to do, so I'll be in my room every day...but I'm not planning on staying long. I'm keeping short & irregular hours this week, so if you MUST catch me, email me a day in advance and I'll give you a window.
