Dubious Distinction

Wow, California has 5 of the 11 least educated cities in the United States.

    Seems to me, Ms. Fletcher that not everyone has a teacher like you to push them in the right direction (haha). I think this is disappointing, I've been to every one of those cities too. How is it that California has FIVE of the least educated cities in the United States? Wow, is the perfect word for that.
